About the product
Mung bean is our flagship crop. Beans are harvested in Uzbekistan's main growing regions, then machine-cleaned and passed through SORTEX optical colour sorters at our facility in Jizzakh region, so every lot is even in colour and size.
The beans suit sprouting, soups, dal, noodles and flour production. We ship new-crop lots from September and hold stock through the season for regular contracts.
Specifications are typical values. Final parameters, calibre and packaging are confirmed in the contract for each lot.
